Locally123 API

Read and write your customers, jobs, invoices, quotes, tiered proposals and price book, and receive signed webhooks when things happen.

Authentication: Authorization: Bearer l123_live_… — create a key in the app under Developers / API. A key is scoped to exactly one business. Scopes: read (GET), write (POST/PATCH). Rate limit 120 requests/minute per key.
Machine-readable spec: /openapi.yaml (OpenAPI 3.1)

customers — list/get, POST (deduped by phone), PATCH contact fields
jobs — list/get, POST, PATCH /jobs/{id}/status (completed is not settable via the API)
invoices — list/get
quotes — list/get
proposals — list/get
price-book — list

Lists are cursor-paginated (?limit max 100, follow next_cursor). Errors are { "error": { "code": "…", "message": "…" } }; a record belonging to another business returns 404, never 403.
