3. SMS / Text Messaging and Mobile Information
By providing your mobile phone number to Locally123, you consent to receive account-related text messages from us,
including verification codes, security and login alerts, job and dispatch updates, and administrative notifications.
Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message
to opt out at any time, or reply HELP for assistance. You may also contact us at
legal@locally123.com. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition
of purchase or of use of the Service.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional
purposes. All of the categories described in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data
and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Mobile phone numbers and message
content are shared only with our communication provider, Twilio, solely to deliver the messages you have requested,
and are never sold, rented, or shared for marketing purposes.
4. How We Share Your Information
We may share your information with:
- Service Providers/Customers: Limited profile information necessary to facilitate jobs (name, phone, location for active jobs)
- Payment Processors: Transaction data sent to Stripe for payment processing
- Communication Providers: Phone numbers and message content are transmitted to Twilio solely to deliver SMS and voice communications you have requested. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party for any purpose.
- Accounting Integrations: Customer, invoice, and payment data sent to QuickBooks when you authorize the connection
- Legal Authorities: When required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect our rights
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale
We do NOT sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or advertising
purposes.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service.
After account deletion, we may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:
- Transaction records: 7 years (tax and financial compliance)
- Identity verification data: 3 years after account closure

customer-facing real-time tracking. Location data is only actively collected when:
- A technician is on-duty and has location sharing enabled
- A customer has an active service request
- The “Shield Mode” safety feature is activated
You can disable location services through your device settings, though some features may not function properly.
9. Cookies & Tracking
We use essential cookies and local storage to maintain your session and preferences. We do not use
third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking technologies.
10. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information
from children. If we discover that we have collected information from a minor, we will promptly delete it.
11. International Data Transfers
Your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States where our servers are located. By using
the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States. We ensure appropriate
safeguards are in place for international transfers.
